While he continues to carry forward the cinematic legacy of his father, Megastar Chiranjeevi, he has also carved his own identity through consistent growth and philanthropic efforts.Also Read: Ram Charan Undergoes Surgery Under His Eyelid。         　　自4月1日《辽宁省国土空间规划（2021—2035年）》获国务院批准后，省自然资源厅为做好市县国土空间总体规划编制审查工作、提高规划审批效率和质量，创新开展市县级国土空间总体规划技术审查，全面规范细化审查工作的内容、方式、技术标准、保障制度，不断优化审查程序、加快审查进度、严把审查标准。历时7个多月，形成时间质量“双控双优”的国土空间规划审批工作模式。

B |          　　省自然资源厅相关负责人介绍，在市县国土空间总体规划推进批复实施过程中，我省根据国土空间规划内容的相关性和初步明确的80个审查要点，按类别建立7个审查模块，逐一明确细化各模块的重点审查内容。为加快审查进度、提高成果质量，我省规范审查方式及流程，采取联审联查“五步走”的方式，对12个地市和41个县（市）共计53个审查单元的文本、图集、附表等规划成果进行综合技术审查，形成一体联动、环环相扣、无缝衔接的工作闭环。         　　在审查效率及质量提升方面，我省立足自身，以各市县级国土空间规划现有成果为基础，对照“规划好用、管用、实用”标准，制定市县级规划审查的“辽宁标准”，确保规划成果完整、统一、规范。同时，基于规划“一张图”系统，我省按照“统一数据库标准、统一汇交要求、统一质检要求”，在规划审查的同时，有序开展市县级国土空间总体规划成果的汇交和数据库质检工作。         　　下一步，省自然资源厅将进一步完善“四级三类”国土空间规划体系，巩固和提升“多规合一”改革成果，全面提升辽宁空间治理体系和治理能力现代化水平。                    责任编辑：李丹。
